Refund Policy

​1.  CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUESTS 

Refunds for change-of-mind requests are not available for items that have already been shipped. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. For manufacturer's defects, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must provide proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

2.  CHANGE OF MIND

On most of the items we sell, you can return the item to us for *exchange only* within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive the item(s) in the same condition as we sent it to you. 

However, if your return is due to an error from our end, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our office.

You will be responsible to cover the shipping cost back to our location, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement. If you have damaged the item(s), please contact us and let us know.

*Exchange only*: You can exchange for an item of the same price or higher, but we cannot refund any difference.

 

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sacredsoundsw@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund.

 

If any item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making a claim with the shipping company.

 

4. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Sacred Sounds pay for the first $100 worth of cover. If you wish to add insurance for your delivery, please request this before you order as additional costs will need to be added to your order. 

 

If an item arrives broken, you need to log a claim with us within 3 business day of the delivery being signed or accepted (see below).

 

5.  DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING 

We wrap and protect your item(s) and accessories in custom-made strong cardboard boxes and with extreme care. If your bowls arrived damaged from transit, you'll need to log a claim with us within 3 days of the delivery being signed or accepted.

 

How to log a claim:

1. Take a photo of the box to show damage

2. Take a photo of the broken bowl in the box before removing it

3. Take a photo of the courier slip addressed to you  

4. Email all images with your original order number to sacredsoundsw@gmail.com

5. In your email give any extra detail you can.

 

Waiting time for claims is 3-6 weeks – this is the time the courier takes to process claims. Your claim is with the courier and not with Rainbow Sounds, we just help facilitate it.

6.  NON-DELIVERY 

If your item/s does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at sacredsoundsw@gmail.com. We will investigate the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include reshipment or refund.  

 

7.  REFUNDS PROCESSING 

 

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 5 business days after approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
