Kat is the founder of Sacred Sounds & Wellness and a passionate facilitator of sound healing, breathwork and transformational retreats.
Kat is devoted to helping women reconnect with their intuition, awaken their inner power and create lives aligned with their soul.
Through her work with sacred sound, breath and energy practices, she holds powerful spaces where deep healing, transformation and self-discovery can unfold.
Kat will be your retreat host and assisted by Manda, supporting the retreat space and guest experience throughout the week. Together they create a nurturing, supportive and deeply sacred container for every woman attending.
