About Kat
Kat is an incredible sound healing and breathwork facilitator, bringing the healing benefits of sacred sound to her clients, and within the powerful manifesting meditation circles she hosts with Kaye in her group events.

Kat's passion for wellness extends to nutrition and fitness. She is a multi-passionate soulpreneur with her dual businesses: Sacred Sounds and Wellness and VIP Cleaning Sunshine Coast.

After giving birth to her two incredible babies, Jesse and Sophia, Kat felt the calling to create something more meaningful. Kat knew she wanted to be an amazing Mum who cared, listened and led by example. Walking her talk is super important for Kat, letting her kids see who she really is, and how powerful the mind can be when magically manifesting your life.
